By downloading, installing, or using Sigilum ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Sigilum is a digital tool that transforms user-inputted intentions into geometric sigil designs. The App is designed for personal manifestation, mindfulness, and creative expression. Key characteristics:

The App is a local-only application. All processing occurs on your device.
No internet connection is required for core functionality.
No user accounts, registration, or personal data collection is required.

3. License

Sigilum is provided as a free download with optional in-app purchase for a PRO lifetime upgrade. Subject to your compliance with these terms, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Free tier: Includes core sigil generation, drawing, and export features.
PRO lifetime upgrade: A one-time purchase (¥28.00 CNY or equivalent local pricing) that unlocks unlimited sigil generation, high-resolution export, dynamic wallpapers, and all future features. This is a permanent upgrade tied to your Apple ID — no subscription, no recurring fees.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or create derivative works of the App.
Not distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content without prior written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

Sigilum, including its code, design, visual assets, and branding, is the intellectual property of 100ideas. The sigils you create using the App are your own creative output. We make no claim of ownership over user-generated content.

6. In-App Purchases

The PRO lifetime upgrade is processed through Apple's App Store In-App Purchase system. All transactions are handled by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple's standard refund policy. Sigilum does not have access to your payment information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The App is a tool for creative expression and mindfulness practice — it does not guarantee any specific outcomes in your life.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 100ideas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

9. Termination

These terms are effective until terminated. You may terminate them at any time by deleting the App from your devices. The terms will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any provision.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
